However, when you place your order through us you will be able to receive personal service. If you are a local bride please call us to set up an appointment to place your order if you would like. Or if you would like to place an order through us go to the Jean M website and place your order up until the payment screen and when you have all of your text, quantities, ink color, font, etc. just go to your browser and copy and paste that link into an email and send it to us along with your name and phone number. We will click on the link that contains your order and use this for submitting to Jean M. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Please check and count your order when you receive it. If there are any shortages or errors email us within 7 days. If a printing error was made by the printer, we will quickly have the order reprinted and shipped at no charge. If a customer error gets printed, we will work with you to reprint the item at our wholesale cost, plus shipping. Custom printed items are not returnable. Proofread your order carefully and print a copy for your records. We do our best to look over each order before submitting it for printing, but we cannot guarantee that we will catch all customer errors. Order a sample first if you are not sure about the style or quality of a particular invitation. We will not refund orders if you are not pleased with the cardstock. If order is not yet printed and for some reason you must cancel we will charge you a 15% restocking fee.

Please allow two weeks for order to be filled. You will need to make an appt. to drop off your envelopes, etc. or you can mail them to us. We will contact you for payment.

Need a Map? Please send us an e-mail including the qty, address of each location, specific directions to/from locations if you want this printed on back of maps, white or ivory 80-lb. cardstock desired, Bride-Groom last names, wedding date and drop ship address. We will contact you for payment.

You will receive a proof within 7 business days. Then 1-3 days to email a new proof with any revisions. 1-2 days to print/cut maps and mail which is 2-3 business days for shipping by USPS Priority Mail.

Need a Seating Board? We will email you our blank excel spreadsheet for you to complete so that its in the correct format for creation of the board. We will need the completed chart NO LATER than 10 days before the wedding. Make your RSVP date 4 weeks prior to allow yourself time to complete the spreadsheet and seating arrangement. The spreadsheet must be proofread and edited before sending to us. We will do up to 5 lines of edits after the first proof. Any edit over 5 lines will be charged at $1 per line. Seating board includes monogram, date, table numbers and guest names in color for $195 plus $8 shipping.  This cost is for production only and you will need to buy a 24 x 36 frame. All seating charts printed on 7mil Luster Photopaper. Adding any of these extras are as follows:  Menu-$40, Bridal Party names-$30, Table names instead of numbers-$20.  We suggest either adding Bridal Party or Menu not both as it will be too crowded. You will receive a proof prior to printing to allow for your changes or approval.  We have a wide variety of fonts (Font Choices Here) to choose from. We will contact you for payment.
